Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket.
How do I get parking?
You will need to pay for a parking pass from the office. Parking passes are first come first serve. Contact the office for more info.
Can I request a roommate?
If you have someone in mind, contact our staff to find the best apartment for you and your friend. If you don’t have someone to move in with, Promenade Place offers a roommate matching system. Contact our staff to learn more!
What is the pet policy?
