Insurance: Yes, residents may opt out of our renter’s insurance program if they provide proof of their own qualifying renter’s insurance plan that meets our coverage requirements.
Utilities: Utilities are bundled at $65 per month, covering water, electricity, and gas. Communications (Wi-Fi, etc.) are billed separately at $30 per month, and trash collection is $7.50 per month.
