Length: 12-month leases are standard, with options for shorter terms available upon request.

Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required for all apartment types.

Guarantor: Yes, a guarantor is required for all leases to ensure financial responsibility.

Insurance: Yes, renters insurance is mandatory and is conveniently provided at $12 per month.

Utilities: Utilities are bundled at $60 per month, covering water, electricity, and gas. Communications (Wi-Fi, cable, etc.) are billed separately at $30 per month, and trash collection is $5 per month.
